A video blog is an easy way to make money online. A video blog is just a blog with only videos take from websites like Youtube, metacafe or Dailymotion. A video blog needs no content to be created by your own. Websites like youtube or metacafe has a large number of videos on many categories. All you need is just put those videos on your blog. You have to select interesting videos and put it in your blog. Traffic is more if there is something interesting in your blog. The more the traffic, the more the income. So selecting interesting videos is very important.

This is legal because youtube and other similar websites are providing videos to publish on other sites or blogs. To start making money from your video blog, create a blog with decided name. Now go to youtube and search for interesting videos. Select at least 10-15 videos which will be useful or interesting to your visitor. Get the video Embed code from the right side of any video (in the textbox with the name embed) and just paste it in your blog in HTML view or Code view. That?s it. You have now started a video blog.

Now place your adsense ads along the blog. You can also place relevant affiliate links in your blog.

The difficult part is bringing traffic to your blog initially. You can get viewers for your video blog from social networking websites like orkut.com or myspace.com. But all you need is to make the visitors come again to your blog. This can be done if you constantly update your videos frequently. Make something interesting along with the videos. You can also add some posts which really attracts the visitor. It is very easy to create and maintain a video blog. These blogs can be easily promoted and if you get some nice amount of visitors then your only job is just constantly updating your videos. This is less time consuming job.

The dark side of Video blog is that the CTR rate for adsense is low. I run a video blog and I experienced the low CTR rate. But when I added some posts along with the videos then the CTR rate increased abnormally. So, I suggest you to post some articles along with the videos. It is worthy trying if you are serious at making money online. Again I?m telling, make your blog interesting to your visitor. Unless you have interesting content you can?t make money with your blog.
