It's better to add links gradually over time. You can do that with software, but the advertising on these things always makes it sound as if it's a good idea to blast out to 1,000s of directories all at once. Otherwise, the software you linked to has some great features. Rotating titles and descriptions is a must have to keep some variety in your links.
