I recently came across some blogs with really good content but with no images. I felt something is missing with those blogs though they have some good content. Images are must for blogs as they add some color and visual interest and will draw the attention of the visitors.
Just imagine a blog with lengthy but useful content and no images. You’ll get bored with even the interesting content in some minutes. It is not necessary to images with all blog posts but add images whereever it is necessary.
If you have a difficulty in explaining something, then you can use images.

Blogs are the easy way to reach the target audience because people trust blogs more than websites. Most advertisers realized this and this created a new monetization option for bloggers. Signup with CJ or ClickBank. Search for offers related to your blog. Try to select only genuine affiliate offers. Most affiliates provide banners to promote their products. This is a high level income generator. But keep in mind to promote affiliates related to your blog. For each sale you make, you’ll get around $15 to $150(Sometimes more than this…)
Opt in List:
Offer a free book or any other freebie which attracts people and create an opt in list. This list is a great asset. You can use this later to promote your own product or any affiliate product. You can make thousands of dollars later with this list.
Referrals:
Refer your visitors to any other network as your downline and make money. You can even make your visitors signed up for a get paid to email under you. I suggest you to read my post How I made $40 with just 2 easy referrals before going into this.
All these methods will work only if you promote your blog properly. Post regularly and make money using the above methods.

Getting traffic to your blog from Youtube - It is simple!

It was before 3 months, I came to know youtube videos will bring traffic to blogs. When I searched youtube, almost all (many…) videos there are to promote a website or product. Why not we utilize this youtube traffic machine to get some traffic to our blogs?
It is pretty simple to get started.
All you need is a Video editor or Video Maker! The Movie Maker with Windows is much more enough (No idea about Mac OS…Sorry!).
Search for youtube with your keywords. Look at the popular video in your niche. Check why that video is getting lots of views. Do the same with your video. Don?t exactly copy the idea from the popular one. Do some thing related to it. If possible create a video against the popular one (This really work).
It is enough to have just text and image in your video. Use simple transitions at Movie Maker. Add your URL for 5 sec at the starting and end of the video. Making your own video is really simple. Try it!
What I?m going to tell you now is the important part. It is must to have your URL at the description part. This part is going to get you traffic. Most users won?t come to your blog just by viewing your URL at the video. You need to give them an option to click! Here is how to do it.
Enter your URL in the first line of video description and then add the video description after 2 lines.
This will make your URL appear as in the following image at the description part. This will make the video viewers click your URL.

Rubicon project is for websites/blogs to get maximum income from their advertisers. This project optimizes the ads based on highest paying keywords, geographic locations and so on! They want you to make more money 
They integrated their project with lots of advertising networks. They support Google Adsense, Yahoo Publisher Network, Chitika, Commission Junction, CPA Empire, Tribal Fusion and so on!
The Geographic targeting is an interesting feature with this project. Many people make more outta their website with this! If you want to show Adsense to US visitors and CJ to Indian Visitors, it is possible with Rubicon Project.
You’ve to create an account at Rubicon Project to enjoy these features. Also, Keep in mind, rubicon will collect money from all advertisers and will pay you later. This is a nice try in the Advertising markey. “Publishers can optimize the ads at their website” - Great. But the founders of Rubicon Project has no revenue model for their project yet!
So, you read about the positives of Rubicon Project. Here is its flip side. This is a screenshot when I tried to implement an advertisement at my sidebar. The ads are overlapped by Google Adsense. It sucks for me!(With my old theme..)
